Cant demolish buildings

Cant demolish buildings

I've been under attack from an enemy who is using my city as a farm. Although I was able to start demolishing my city hall. I am not able to reduce my other buildings

I thought that maybe because my farm had been balisted that I need the farm space. Or is it a bug because all I can do is build with no option any where to slide to the demolish building setting on any of my buildings

You need a City Hall at level 15 to be able down-leveling your buildings...

Or ask a mate to attack you with ballistas if you want to make this in a faster way!
