Reveal incoming troops not working

I had 2 inbound attacks coming from the same player (2 different cities.) I selected the first attack and paid 10 gold to reveal troops. It showed 289 guards and 72 scouts. I clicked the second attack and the same identical report was generated. I thought "maybe my fat thumb got the best of me" so I carefully selected the second attack, the third report showed an identical report to the other 2... However, when attacks landed the second attack was much stronger than anticipated (the report generated was inaccurate.) I just wasted 30 gold and a bunch of troops (I would have dodged.) because the incoming troop report ended up being inaccurate...

Looking closer the report is accurate, the attack reports had equal troops but one had more scouts than the other. Close thread.
