Valor doesn't opens on iOS 9.2

Hi There,

I played valor for some time and wanted to get back to it... unfortunately i cannot open the game. If I open the App the loading screen comes up and the loading screen says "intro_screen_default" and gets stuck there.

I tried both the hd and normal app. both show the same error.

Could anyone give me advices on how to solve this problem, or is Valor down at the moment?
