I'm very unhappy with valor, I put a support ticket in because I did not receive my gold and I still haven't had a response. I paid for gold and money's gone from my account, so please repay me.

I'm sorry you were having trouble, I realize it has been some time, but we have a new team on board now. Are you still having an issue? If so, please log a ticket on our new system.
