IOS 9.2.1 Problem

Hi im a new usser and have many friends here playing, im trying to instal on my Ipad the game on Normal or the HD vertion and have error when apears the launcher screen, the error kick me out from the game and cant get even into that screen againg whitouth beeing kicked, what i have to do, and thanks from Spain/España.
