I updated to the latest version from the app store and then completely shut down the app and started it again.

My wall was being upgraded from L14 to L15. The GCO displayed my wall as L13 with the progress bar below. When it had finished upgrading to L15 the GCO still has my wall as L13 even though it tells me it is 15 if I tap the wall itself.

We're aware that there have been some visual inconsistencies popping up with building levels and build progress bars. As annoying as they are, they should just be visual issues. We're working on them. Thanks for the details.

Yes my farm in one of my citties had an empty progress bar so yes forcing app shut down and restarting valor seemed to put everything back to normal
