One player seems as 2 single players in w54?

In w54 the player blackmore, there is something that makes me anxiety.
There r 2 players with the same name Blackmore, who have the same number of cities, have same ksa, have same ksd, and the coordinates of their cities r same.
I'm really confused about this.
How can it be?
Could anyone please enlighten me about this case.
Player name: blackmore
Guild name : united night watch
