When I demolish a building it reduces its value by one but also removes it from my list of buildings and I can no longer build that item. Up or down.

That sounds pretty bad.

Could you please try a re install/ restart and see if that does anything?

This has also been happening to me in W68 once the building has finished being demolished it reappears in the city hall for upgrade/demolish. Not so bad, but annoying if you wish to knock a building down by a few levels
