Today i updated valor and noticed two new people at the bottom right of my city screen.

Ran into glitches with them when i tried to collect the reward which gave me 5 gold pieces. Soon after that my gold reward was revoked and the reward stayed the same. Everytime i tried to collect it valor gave me "were updating valor and will be back soon" message.

So i completely uninstalled valor by deleting the app shut down my iphone and reinstalled valor. To my suprise these two characters have disappeared from my city and now nowhere to be found.

Where did they go?

I'm having the same problem! I haven't uninstalled but all it says is that it's updating when trying to collect the reward...

Can someone please answer this????

Those two characters are for the tutorial for new players.

If you do a re install you won't see them anymore.
