I am so close to quitting this game. My work buddies played for a few weeks and quit. I am not sure what is going on, but the quality of your product is seriously bad. I am pretty ****ed that I actually put money in this game. I am not sure why I keep playing. Oof! We are updating valor (whatever). You must summon the power of the internet (don't insult me, my internet is fine!). This alone is really a really bad presentation of your product. It is particularly bad to that you are so confident in your product that you think you can charge rates such as game like WoW. I am so surprised that people keep paying. In my first several months of play it was never this bad.

Solution: get over your arrogance and realize that you need to charge WAY less for "things". Realize that this is just a minor game in the annals of time and that people will pay cents to get stuff, but never pay "bucks" to do stuff.

So, I have lots of mails i cannot respond to. I get lots of errors, but all emails have nothing in them. Resetting the game doesn't help. i have seen a lot of blank mails over the last few months, but never all of them like this.

BTW my fortune wheel doesn't work anymore, it just flashes briefly, no spin, and no apparent gain. The little spinny thing no longer goes around

Mail is a minor issue we all still have Kakao to get us through.. We have players that can't access whole worlds. However rest assured PayMess are looking into it. (Bah)

yeah but ipods cant go on kakao because u need to enter mobile phone number

I keep getting the wifi message when I'm on 3G network with full bars. I keep getting a (gr.3) and a (gr.e3) error anyone else getting that error

Too many worlds. It's overloading their servers and can't keep up with new worlds opening every 4-5 days.

Support is not a solution. It should be a back-up for minor glitches. I bet your support team is getting fed up with thousands of complaints coming in daily that they chose to tune out or passed most of them.

Right now, this is not working. Maybe you should focus on building your support team rather than working on the next update. Just a suggestion.
