Mail Failure

I am unable to send, recieve, view and/or reply to the mail that I get in game. And because of it I could not request help or support when I was under attack and almost got taken. Please figure out how to fix this. Thank you.

Hey you ignorant, non responsive, appathetic loser tech heads......
Can we get an answer on this please, because I couldn't message someone I lost 1000 Sentries, 1000 berserkers and 4 scholars, it's going to take me 5 days at least to get back to where I was this morning.
What the hell fo you propose to do about that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

World 59 has the same problem it has been over 24 hours of not being able to send any mail, states that valor is updating

Guys seriously shut up! The admins have already explained this multiple times
And sasman 1k sentries, 1k zeros, and 4 scholars are easy to replace in 2 days. If not 1. And why would you ever use sentries for attack?

I don't see any posts from admins and for your information they were there to escort only as the city had been cleared by a guild mate for me for reasons I won't go into here, and it was stolen by a sister guild member, because the mail was down I couldn't communicate with them so I was wiped out

Where have they explained ur.!??!!! It only started for me last night so I haven't seen any explanation on the issue yet.? And if we don't complain nothing gets done.! The valor management team act like teenagers when confronted like nothing is their fault...this game has been going for what ? 4 years.! And they're still having ongoing problems with...........everything.???!
