my city and wall lost lvls?

my city hall was lvl28 but now it is lvl22 the wall was lvl25 but now it is lvl15
my 4 scholars didnt return after an attack on 1 barb city(i took the city WTF!!!)
the MAP didnt update and i lost 8 scholars on 2 barb citys(the map they were 1045 point citys)
the rally point says i have 2 scholars the academy says i have 6 and i can make -1 but i never took a city with a scholars
the other thing is that my scholars limit is 32 i have 27 citys and the game allowed me to make 7 scholars WTF!!!
27+7=34 not 32 and then all the problems started
the support team response is really slow
