Overcharged

In world 73 Urth, I purchased wood booster and it said I didn't have enough gold, in fact I had 1,010. Then I went back in to try to purchase iron booster and it worked. But now my balance is 910 gold. I was charged *100 gold but didn't receive the wood booster. Now I posted here because the in game link said "check my Internet connection" and the link doesn't seem to work for me, it say the server stop responding. Can I please get some help on this. Maybe an email address.

The link in my signature does take you to our support which is an email support. The actual hyperlink you can click on will take you to our support system that you can access from out of game, so even if you are having issues with Valor, you will be able to use that one.
