No Access to Maps - Help or advice

On Aug 3 i lodged a complaint that since updating valor the previous evening and purchasing aurora's blessing i was unable to view maps. I have since followed up this report and updated my enquiry requesting a refund of gold and removal of auroras blessing.

this is really frustating as without the map it is hard to identify targets and i am blind. This is a really disadvantage in the midst of a competition for points and i have only been able to conquer one city from a previous scout.

Really disappointing that received no response to my concerns.

I have an IPhone 4s and latest OS. I am in world 77 Yvesterion under the name Paju and sadly only ranked 322 in the competition as cant access maps.

I have been waiting months also to play valor on android logged into world 85 and there's no view map option, is this being fixed? Do I uninstall and try again? Do I wait for a update? Is any else able to view map? What's going on

All I can do is biuld, there's no point playing without a map lol

All Android devices should have the ability to view the map.

Could you please clarify what you mean that there is no view map option? All of them (except Kindle Fire) can navigate to the map by using one of the device buttons.

What device are you currently using?

It won't load map screen

What happens when it tries and loads? Is there just a black screen? Do you get a certain error message?

Deleting it and re installing could perhaps resolve this, please give that a try.

Ok its just all white blocks it loads small portion but that's it will I lose my city progress if I reinstall

Reinstalled still won't load a map, unplayable without it.

At this point please contact the support team. It might be an issue with that particular Android device.
