I changed my name and it will not let me get my reward can you fix this please I don't have $ to change my name again

I have exactly the same problem. I have changed my name but this quest isn't completed.
Sorry for my bad english.

I still have the problem : I can't do the quest from aurora : "a name fit for a heros". I can't go to the level 2...
