Even with a refresh, when I cycle from one city to the next with the city selector, not all the buildings details update. For example, city 1 hiding place is lvl4, cycle to city 2 with lvl15 hiding place... hiding place still shows lvl4. I have to select the hiding place then back out to the graphical city view to update the lvl displayed. I have only seen it with hiding place so far, but will watch for other instances.

Not a big deal, but a bug nonetheless.

Be sure to let me know if it happens to other buildings also.

There are a few bugs with the hiding place that are being looked into.
