I tried buying myself some gold Friday, but it came up with the message, there is a problem with this purchase, and now I have been charged 5 times by iTunes for the coins I never got, which has left me fuming! Not only that it's hard to get hold of them! I have emailed the support here, and waiting on a replie.. To say the least... I'm mighty ****ed off.

Try emailing support on tuesday. They dont work on weekends or holidays.

If you already sent in a support ticket they will get it when they get back. Also be sure to send the i tunes receipt that shows those purchases if you can.
I would first try to do a restart of Valor though and see if the gold is added then.
