Cant buy gold ... Do something .. Reload phone and program reinstall doesn't help

Yeah, similar thing happened to my friend, she tries to buy gold and it comes up with that black notice bar at the bottom and it says nothing.

If you haven't already be sure to contact the support team.

Give them as much detail as possible like have you ever been able to purchase gold before?
