Scholars lost

I'd lost 7 of my scholars when the first updating problem occured not more than a week ago,and now juz lost 6 more when Im able to log in when the second updating problem occured.It takes more than 500 scholarships for me to create a single scholar.It was not an easy things to do!
I've wrote a ticket or whatever it is,but still the same thing happen.......
