I lost a city to an enemy in W87 but received no reports of troops being killed, loyalty being reduced, or the city being conquered. Additionally, none of the cities which had support in the city received reports of their troops being lost. It is highly unlikely that the incoming attacks were large enough to kill the troops I had in the city. The wall was at level 25 and the city had a significant amount of support.

I know you and your guild mates didn't get reports, but were their troops actually killed? There is an issue where sometimes reports don't get made properly. I would suggest contacting the support team so they can look into it.
