Location button will blank with & symbol

If you use the location button to display a city, and the city name has an '&' in the name, it will blank the message. Either make it so you can't use '&' in city names or fix it so it doesn't negate the bb codes.

Just to add to this real quick..
& is the last symbol on the standard English (us) keyboard that has this effect. All the others that used to do that same thing have been fixed up. Eg < and ;

Other characters still won't display properly.. Showing code instead but it still allows the rest of the text to appear.
