Stuck on Playmesh screen

Been searching the forum for something similar, but can't seem to find it. I updated today. All my guildmates said doing this seemed to bring back access, even temporarily to the game. Now I am unable to move past the intro screen with the playmesh symbol. It justs sits there. Nothing else loads up. I have an iphone 4 and have done a hard reset several times now. Options? If I delete and reinstall will I lose my data? That would be brutal. Not sure if this has anything to do with the other server issues going on or if I'm just special. Thanks.

Hey Kukly! I am not sure if this will help you, but it helped me. Delete and re-install Valor (you will not lose your account or data). When you get back in the game, keep the intro on. I don't know if this bug was fixed, but every time I turned off the intro movie in the options, my game would lock up as well at the Playmesh symbol during load.

I have the same problem after disabaling the intro. I am gonne give it a try. Hope nothing is lost...

switching off intro didn't affect my gameplay.

It's not on all devices that this is happening. It happened for me on my iPod Touch.
