Valor Forum browser not displaying Kindle Keyboard on Fire

I did a search but could not find a report on this, so am creating a new thread.

I currently use Valor on my Kindle Fire and am trying to use the forum browser built into the game. However, when inside this browsing window clicking on any input field is not bringing up the built-in keyboard. This means I cannot login (can't type in username/password), do a search or anything.

I also could not find a way to manually force the keyboard to display which I think should exist (but that is an Amazon ticket).

Is this just me or my device, or a known issue?
