Refresh time high

Map as well as navigation has become too slow. Most of the map refreshes twice and second time, it puts you at your city rather than the last state (while sending attached and pressing back from the rally point screen).

yup! ERRORS are crazy high. it takes about 2 minutes to send an attack and confirm it.
