Farm is frozen

I have a city. Farm is at 29, but my food stays at 17.3K, in red. This was the maximum I reached at farm level 28. No idea how I should unlock this problem. World 91, city 330,314.

Was wondering if you ever got your farm issue resolved? I have the same problem and don't know what to do.

Go to City Hall, select demolish farm. Then cancel. This should update your farm information.
