Player's points incorrect

Player 28Lord in World 108 has 1,773 points to his name. But, his city is 2,105 points. It has been like this for a while and in the guild member list, his points reflect his player points, not the city points. Weird, right? How do we fix it and update his points?

For new worlds it can take a bit of time before all of the points start to show exactly what they should be.
