Troops neither here nor there

My troop numbers are displayed on the totals area but I am not able to use them. They are not in transit.

Same problem here. They return from an attack but yet it says I'm at 0. I can't use them again. Very aggravating.

I'm having the same problem + recruiting isn't showing up. Timer is going but none are being added
