Comes up with a message that says "cannot retrieve data at this time" and it has been like this for the last 36 hours.
Always try this if errors are recurrent:
1. Restart the app
if not solved
2. Restart the iPhone
if not solved
3. Reinstall the app
if not solved
4. Send a ticket and prey
