Quests

I can't receive rewards from quests. I am currently using an iPhone 5 and I have attempted a hard quit and refresh. Is there anything else I should try?

I am also using an iPhone 5 and I can't complete quests. I tried the hard reset and still no luck.

I have this same problem, with the same phone.
I am owed 8,000 in "Quest" Rewards. More importantly, I have put in some money for this game, paying for well over 8,000 per resource...I see this as not being given a product for something I paid for.
You said this would be fixed yesterday. I still have the problem today.

Have the same issue.
iPhone 5 and lasted iOS. On my quest reward screens, there is no ACCEPT button at the bottom of the screen. Have tried hard quit, refresh, powered off the phone. What next?

Saw the post that said it would be fixed soon. Still can't receive reward and I am also on iPhone 5

This issue should be resolved for all iphone 5 users. First please do a restart of Valor and then a re install if you still aren't able to accept quest rewards.
