new scholar bug

so I bought my first scholar. took a city. bought 2 more scholarships. waiting on funds for the scholar and it says I do not have enough money OR farms. I have room for 1700 units. hopefully just a tooltip bug but if it isnt.. :/ help!

try to actualise the Acaemy window (pull it down), and maybe restart Valor.
If nothing change, send a ticket to PMhelpdesk

Relax, this isn't a bug. Valor doesn't know if what you are missing is the resources or the food, so if either are missing, it will say that you don't have enough resources OR food. It doesn't say "and". You did say you had enough population, but you said you were short on resources. Wait until you have the resources, and then it will work. If it doesn't then it's a bug.
