Can't receive the scout report and send command after scout barb cities

I have two cities that can't send any commands after scout some barb cities in world 122 now.
The barb city locations are 78,88 80,87 81,86 82,86
My lord city locations are 86,86 and 87,94.
I sent some scouts to those barb cities but I can't receive the reports, then I found the cities which sent the scouts became uncontrollable. It always appears the "we'll be back" dialog box after I push any button in the screen, like recruit troops, or attack.

I lost the control of 4 cities, and they are located at 86,86 87,94 85,87 and 84,88. After I sent some troops to the barb cities as mentioned in last post, I found one of the two barb cities 80,87 and 81,86 may be the bug.

It is a very serious problem, if some other guys attack the cities in my last post, their cities will become uncontrollable too. It will becomes worse and worse, now I have 4 cities uncontrollable now.

The issue with not being able to do any actions in those cities is being looked into.

Myself and another player in my guild are having the same issue..... The unfortunate part is I only had one lord city..... This is really screwing an important game for me.

A solution for this type of lockout is being worked on and will hopefully be ready soon.
