Left out of world winners list W154

I have made a ticket regarding this problem and would like it fixed. A little annoying but I'm sure it can be rectified. All my other guild members have received medals and recognition for this.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

There is an issue where sometimes a person might not be included in the list when they should be.
You will be added to the website list soon and provided with your title. Please check your support ticket for more info.

Hey Seaice, I didnt realize you were left off the list. sorry about that my friend. you deserve it because you were instrumental in helping to conquer this world. I hope this is resolve soon.
