Quest Bug

I had both the level 4 aurora quest and the level 10 ironmine quest completed. I tried to collect reward for the auroras quest, it said it was unavailable, and set me back 500 wood in the requirements. I tried the ironmine quest and it again said unavailable but this time it just sat there. It still says i need level 10 ironmine, but my ironmine is past that.
