can't enter world: "busy updating valor" message

Well, thats quite frustrating. I cant enter a world. I deleted a reinstalled Valor app 4-5 times, but it doesnt work. When I try to enter one of my worlds i constantly get a "we're busy updating valor" message. I found in forums that this is not the first time that it happens, but, was this issue solved in the past? I havent red any posts confirming it was solved in the past. Somebody out there can give any info?

I ran into this issue on world 209.

It appears when I try to convert a barb city or cap a barb city my involved cities bug out. And will no longer load or update. If I'm viewing one and delete the app and reinstall then the game cannot load the world. If I force the game to load a working city I can get back into the world.

But given i cannot cap cities or help in war efforts its kinda pointless. I opened a support ticket Fridayhopefully they can get to it Monday.

Things worked great before the server issue last Monday since I am unable to cap or convert cities on world 209.

Not sure what happens if ppl try to cap me.

I was able to upgrade cities that bugged out befor they tried I cap or convert but once the capping attack lands or the supporting scholar lands that's it.

This updating thing has happened to me twice. Once in world 442 and now for 476. What exactly is it updating??

Was there a response to getting this resolved? I have done all the requested options to try to reset it, cleared the cache, reinstalled the game, etc etc and am getting nothing. Am I going to be unable to return to the world I am locked out of?
