i think that when u do get the game back up the company should post 300 coins for everysingle player who has played the game atleast up until the day of or before the crash. this was obviously not a planned act to have the game crash but because it did i feel as i am sure many others do that we deserve the boost. it seems perfectly fair to me and since 300 coins is very reasonable it should be done

We can only be patient but what about mate we were about to support the seconds before crash and as it was impossible may have lost his city as attacks have hited now? Will you be able to do something fine for this kind of problems? Thx for answer.
