Who feels that we were treated fairly with the compensation?

while I appreciate the fact that they are giving out gold as a way to apologize, I just don't think it was enough to make a difference. Gold does not actually cost them anything, so why such small amounts? Just feeling so far behind and unappreciated...sigh

It does cost them. Its called opportunity cost. If they give you lots of gold, you're less inclined to purchase it.

I also have a ticket in but no response so far. I think the amount of gold they have been offering people is bull crap. I am not asking for 20K gold but I think any offer under 1K is an insult.
