So, all the worlds on my list (100-103) and A3 are up, except A1&A2, the only ones i play on? comon!

Yes.
A2 and A1 still down... Really a annoying. I hope that will be fix soon.

My game won't let me enter any worlds saying data unset in cache. Is it my phone or the game?

if it's still not working, probably your phone, just try a reinstall
