Not Available in Current World

I wanted to forward a report, cause I'm on an older android so I cant screen shot it, and it isn't available on that world. Why even have the option if it isn't available, and why not enable it so you can forward a report like you used to be able to. Also the not being able to get rid of old worlds is really unorganized.
