Permatruce issue

So instead of waiting for the android issue to be fixed I transferred my account to my wife's iPod touch. Everything was fine until last night. I tried to send support to a new cap and found myself in truce. I sent a request in to lift the truce but it is still there. I really hated to have to transfer my account and now I'm even more upset because I'm crippled again! Please give me an idea of what I can do to get this lifted. Thank you.

Hey Jacob,

I will see what I can do to get that perma truce removed for this account. You should still be able to manually remove the truce through the store until that occurs.
