Trade routes not open for first 14 days

Hey, I keep getting the trade routes are jot open for the first 14 days of a new world but other players in this world can send resources. A2.
I tried contacting support but the like doesn't work for me.

You can also contact support directly at playmesh.zendesk.com . I will have that issue looked into for A2.

Ok so I put in a support ticket for this as well as for another bug. I can't recall my troops from cities I was supporting. Tho I have not received any response.

trade routes are open now. But I still have question about it:
When I had 2 cities, I could trade between them: "Sending ressources" didn't go, but when I "offered" let's say 100 iron for 500 clay and acceptede it with the second city I could share ressources... Ok, you need markets in both cities, but is this intended?
