I have put a ticket in to transfer my account from my old iPhone to an android phone, can anyone tell me if this is possible? Also no one has got back to me from the support team, my ticket number is 35794

Yes it is possible.

The support team will get to your ticket as soon as they can.

Is there anything I can do to transfer my account, it's been near a week.

It works, I had to do it. Plan about a week + of waiting for it to be finalized.

I did it the.wrong way, I changed my phone then tried to transfer my account

Not sure if this has been asked. My iPhone is about on its last leg, if I transferred my iOS account to droid, Will the game play be the same as if I was playing on my iPhone, or will it be like playing on A3 world on android??

I was trying to transfer from iOS to android. Before I did I asked support a question.
They said that you can not transfer older world like World 3.
I meant to ask one more question but never did.
Is this something they are working on, to be able to transfer older worlds? Or no?
