Ingame help - where?

I can't find in game help.
The only thing I found is, when i "click" on a unit in the "recruit"-area, a list of units and stats appears. And it says "You can find more about research in Help>Research. But where is this "help"?

Portal > Gear icon ( Upper right of the screen) > Help > Support > Mail Icon
I go Portal. > Gear Icon > ???
I have : change name, Music, Sound Effects, Graphical City, Send crash Reports, Legal.
No Help..
