I requested on Nov 11 to jump to world 110 with friends and opened a ticket and have not heard back from anyone. What can I do. I play on an android phone. Any help would be appreciated.

Your suppor ticket should now be answered. Right now Android players are only able to join in on new Android worlds. This is due to the changes that will be happening extremely soon to the iOS worlds. It is our hope to be able to get Android and iOS players back into the same worlds again in the future.
