Has Android caught up with apple

Postby Poppie » Tue Feb 12, 2013 8:04 pm

I hate my apple phone. The only reason why I still have one cuz Valor plays better on it. So does Valor play as well yet?

Feature wise, Android is far behind Apple. We dont have trial by sword. however, gameplay seems to be much smoother on android

Also population wise Android is a bit slim. Many players are enjoying Android as it was very much like "back in the day". Many people still don’t use kakao and the fourms in most worlds are very much alive. I thoroughly enjoy it over iOS. A lot less eye candy but also not the lag and other problems that seem to happen on iOS all the time. I don’t think I have had my Android device cash in the middle of an attack. If you have a good connection it plays great. The biggest thing (IMO) which was missing was a way to toggle between cities and they just fixed that by adding arrows a week or so ago.

I agree, Android is getting much better, but still prefer Kakao over those klunky forums. They still are not fixed completely yet.

There are little things in the forums that could use some tweaking (being able to make lists) but besides tbs you're not missing any of the game play.

I hope they never try and replicate kakao in game. Using a separate chat program is a lot easier and separates that clutter from the game.

They tried a live chat room in Valor once. It didn't work as they hoped and was removed not long after. The only thing I liked about that chat room was you could see who was physically logged into the game.
