Barbarian Buildings Questions

Is there a guide on managing Barbarian Cities? Lots of questions around the buildings themselves, but all the help guides seem to focus on buildings in Lord Cities. Questions that I'd be interested in hearing answers to include:
1. If you can only build ground units within Barbarian cities, what is the purpose of the Forge?
2. Is there any benefit to upgrading (or even keeping) the Forge building in the Barb cities?
3. What is the maximum level of the Barracks in the Barb Cities?
4. Are training speeds in upgrading the Barracks worth the upgrades since building times are so slow?

1. Barbarian buildings can be converted into regular lord cities. If you are planning on doing this, it might make sense to start leveling your forge in preparation.

2. See #1. If you never plan on converting it, then you can demolish your forge for extra farm space.

3. Same as a lord city, 30. The only building that is different between barb and lord cities (other than ones you can't build in a barb city) is the city hall.

4. ...yes? Why wouldn't they be?

Actually, barracks max at 25. Agree with everything else though.

Another thing worth noting is that the resource buildings are less efficient in barbs than in lord cities.

Really worth as is quickens the Influence leveling up, and induce more troops to level down at each successfull attack.
