Does anyone know how long it takes for the helpdesk to reply to your emails?
I am waiting 2 days now for them to fix a problem for me that is driving me mad!!!

What's the problem? And it takes time because they've much to do.

I just want to ask is it common for you guys to use auto-response features in your Helpdesk? Regardless of the fact with what kind of problem one addresses the support[at]quarkgames.com the reply is:
