Where can I check the date of the beginning of world 76?

Typically you have to wait for the population in the current world to hit 58k. But at the rate it's been going, just plan on waiting for two weeks. I have no clue how worlds were opening so quickly, then just stopped. Oh that's right. People didn't want to join non chaos worlds.
