New chaos rules

Ok I have seen the thread about new 2.0 update were it talks about the new rules but I am still confused. Can an admin please stated the rules in depth?

What part about it do you have questions about? The sticky post covers it in a lot of detail.

The problem was for some reason each time I read the sticky I seem to understand it a different way. But let's see if I can get it straight.

1: If I am attacking player A I can send a total of 40 attacks to city 1 and 40 attacks to city 2 and so on each city belonging to player A

2: a guild attacking player B can send a total of 41 attacks to city 1 and 41 attacks to city 2 and so on each city belonging to player B as well

And if I send 40 attacks from my city or 41 attacks from my guild to the same city the chaos isn't reached so there is no penalty correct?

Also I have heard that once you conquer a city your remaining attacks become support instead of attacking your conquer is this true?

Correct for everything in your first post.

For your second post that is incorrect. The attack/battle mechanics of when an attack is sent it lands as an attack hasn't changed.

Ok thanks a bunch even though u didn't explain much but u confirmed my thinking and it was a great help. For some reason I just kept reading it differently also what added to my confusion is in w60 when y'all prelaunched the new chaos rules we were only able to send 15 attacks at a player not per city but at the player so that threw me off as well
