Why doesnt support answer???

I have a support request since 8 days ago and another since 2 days ago and dont get any answer at all :(

Theres probably one or two guys and they receive hundreds of requests. I remember I had to wait for several days before for an answer.

The support team is working through a backlog of support tickets, I do apologize for the wait till that is answered.
