Ballista Destruction

Can, if so then how, can I set which buildings my ballistas destroy?

Yes when you send out Ballistas with your troops, you get to choose what building you hit with that wave of Ballistas. They work just like rams, but you can target any building except the hiding place.

Yep, Everything Bane said is correct the only thing he may have left out is that rams take out walls more efficiently then ballistas. Although Ballistas have better offence and defence then rams,

Btw, you send them and once you get to the confirm attack screen you will have a drop down list to choose from. But remember if you are planning to cap the city, by using balistas you will drop the city's points (lowering building levels) and also have to rebuild the buildings once you cap it
